At Technical Resources, we focus principally on the semiconductor, opto-electronics, display, MEMS, and related industries. We can find the engineers and management with the technical and business skills to make your company successful in such fields as process and equipment engineering, automation, process control, and manufacturing. We also regularly place sales and marketing professionals into semiconductor equipment and materials companies.

As a successful sales engineer for Applied Materials in the early 1980s, Jeff Abraham recognized the value of dedication to his customers’ success. In some cases, this meant helping them find talented process and equipment engineers to make their fabs more productive. Realizing that he could address the growing demand for these specialized employees with his expanding network of professional relationships, Jeff started Technical Resources in 1988. “We’re dedicated to strengthening our customers’ technical staff to meet their specific goals,” says Jeff. “More importantly, however, we change people’s lives and those of their families. I have a personal investment in every placement.”
